Dr. Smita Garg
Artist, Holistic Healer & Community Leader
Dr. Smita Garg is an artist and certified holistic healer whose work centers on spirituality, nature, and trauma-informed practices. She is the founder of Kinder Way Healing and is dedicated to supporting positive inner transformation in all beings, offering classes and sessions to diverse and marginalized communities, including youth, LGBTQ, BIPOC, and neurodiverse populations.

My Reiki, intuitive reading and channeling sessions provide a unique space to relax and receive healing energy — as well as messages from your spirit guides, angels, and possibly loved ones who have passed over. For this session, you can choose one modality or a combination.

Lhiza’s work focuses on trauma-informed healing practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and resilience.
Program includes:
Format: 60-90 minute group classes or private mini-sessions
Frequency: Monthly or as needed
Approach: Combines gentle breathwork, somatic grounding, and intuitive energy clearing to support nervous system regulation and emotional release

Stress & Anxiety Relief through Hypnosis
Dan, also known as “The Anxiety Helper” of Silicon Valley Hypnosis Center, offers a Stress & Anxiety Relief Program: Practical Tools for Everyday Calm, using accessible, evidence-based techniques.
Workshop details:
Format: 2-hour interactive workshops in-person or Zoom), capped at 20 participants
Focus: Mind-body exercises, guided visualization, and practical tools for managing stress and emotions
Audience: Open to all adults, especially those experiencing ongoing stress or limited access to care

Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence Coach, Author, Family Caregiver Advocate
Janet, the founder of Nearly Mindful, offers Self-Care for the Family Caregiver, a program designed to support caregivers with practical tools for managing stress, navigating difficult emotions, and improving communication.
Program details:
Format: Six-week, in-person series; 90-minute sessions (10-20 participants)
Focus: Mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and practical tools for resilience and communication
Approach: Grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology to support personal renewal and healthier caregiving relationships

Energy Healing Practitioner
Shveta uses Ishka Flow techniques (based on the teachings of Donna Eden) to support and empower individuals on t heir healing journey by working with the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

Jing Liu is an intuitive and compassionate practitioner dedicated to helping people develop awareness and connection within themselves. Her journey began as a registered dietician, later expanding into energy healing and mindfulness practices. She continues to grow as both a practitioner and teacher, guiding others toward greater balance and well-being.

Divine Feminine & Masculine Self-Image - 2-hour guided experience offered quarterly to deepen self-awareness and inner connection
Intuitive Eating - Two class series (1 hour each), taught bi-weekly, focused on using intuition to support health and well-being
8 Section Brocade Qi Gong - 8-Class series (1 hour weekly) supporting movement, energy flow, and body awareness
