Who We Are

Healing Oasis of the Soul is a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to making healing accessible to everyone.

Through donation-based services, workshops, and shared experiences, we create spaces where individuals can reconnect, restore, and grow — together.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help more people find inner peace, regardless of their ability to pay.

Through community support, we offer donation-based workshops, events, and one-on-one experiences that nurture connection, healing, and well-being.

Our Vision

To create a safe, inclusive space where individuals and communities can heal, connect, and thrive.

Why it Matters

Healing is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Healing Oasis of the Soul exists to remove barriers, build connection, and create spaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered to grow.

Our Leadership

Ramona Turner is a former journalist turned massage therapist, Reiki Master, sound healer, yoga instructor, and guided meditation coach.

In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, she founded A Healing Place to support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. What began as a response to collective need has grown into a collaborative healing space offering modalities such as Reiki, yoga, sound healing, meditation, support groups, and more.

Building on that foundation, Ramona co-founded Healing Oasis of the Soul to expand access to healing through donation-based sliding-scale services — because she believes healing should be accessible to everyone.

Edith Draper brings a lifetime of dedication and care to her role as Treasurer at Healing Oasis of the Soul.

After 24 years at Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center, Edith devoted her career to supporting patients — first on the spinal cord floor and later in the operating room, where she assisted with instrument sterilization and surgical preparation. Over time, the physical demands of her work led to chronic pain and health challenges, ultimately leading to her early retirement.

Through her personal healing journey, Edith has experienced firsthand the benefits of the practices offered through Healing Oasis of the Soul. As both a supporter and a recipient, she brings a deeply personal connection to the organization’s mission.

Her perspective is grounded in lived experience, and she believes strongly in the power of these programs to restore comfort, clarity, and overall well-being.
